quatic Resources Limited is an independent, British Columbia-based environmental consulting company specializing in fisheries and aquatic sciences.  Since 1981, we have built a strong reputation for providing high-quality, innovative and cost-effective services for corporate and government clients.

Our main office, laboratory, and warehouse are located in Vancouver and we have local offices in Campbell River, Nelson, and Vanderhoof.  We have completed projects in many regions of coastal and interior B.C., as well as elsewhere in Canada and in Central and South America.

Our trained personnel have extensive experience designing and conducting field programs, and we possess a comprehensive inventory of sampling and survey equipment.

Our Vancouver laboratory is well equipped to provide services such as fish ageing and tissue sampling, as well as invertebrate identification and enumeration.  GIS and mapping facilities are also located in Vancouver.

Although fish and their habitats were our original focus, our expertise now extends to aquatic wildlife, riparian vegetation, and water quality.  We provide clients in many sectors with a wide range of environmental services from inventory, enhancement and restoration, to impact assessment, permitting and construction monitoring, as well as other aspects of environmental management.
